Did anyone with a lick of sense tell the Dems, especially those on the "Super Committee," that the problem is unsustainable spending. Taxing the population to death for social programs does not lead to growth.
Day of Judgment, indeed. At least, thanks to Europe's *past* glories, those who mourn that day (bankers, hedge fund managers?) will have some great music to mark the occasion, as the Euro is cast into the flames:
