In a Rasmussen poll of likely GOP caucusgoers, Mitt Romney leads at 23 percent, with Ron Paul right behind him at 22 percent. Rick Santorum is in third at 16 percent. Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry are tied at 13 percent. The poll’s margin of error is plus or minus 4 points.
Santorum came in third, also at 16 percent, in a CNN/Time poll yesterday. But an InsiderAdvantage/Majority Opinion Research poll conducted yesterday showed him in fourth place, at 13 percent. Ahead of Santorum were Paul, Romney, and Gingrich (all around 17 percent). Bachmann was at 12 percent, followed by Perry at 11 percent.
