Representative Patrick Meehan (R., Pa.) pushed Holder to provide access to wiretap applications that might detail some of the ATF’s investigative techniques. This could be useful; Holder said he will look at Justice’s historical practice when it comes to unsealing this kind of document in response to congressional requests.
