Send money to a bunch of academic mandarins who are answerable to nobody, and they keep the money for themselves.

Feb 7, 2011: Joe Biden discovers that subsidies intended to help consumers in fact lead to increased prices, and are therefore nothing but a windfall for producers. This man really is every bit as brilliant as they tell us. Somebody call Stockholm!
