Re: HHS Mandate Going Hawaii?

Kathryn: Kathleen Sebelius already intends to force exempt employers, e.g., “houses of worship,” to comply with the “Hawaii fix.” As I noted in my NRO article on this issue, she stated in the press release announcing the promulgation of the Final Rule: “We intend to require employers that do not offer coverage of contraceptive services to provide notice to employees, which will also state that contraceptive services are available at sites such as community health centers, public clinics, and hospitals with income-based support.”

In other words, the Hawaii fix is already in!

Is there a single American that doesn't know that contraceptive services are available everywhere?
