Maybe the quote is part of a larger press release, but it's not clear to me why the decision doesn't "protect the right of conscience." Perhaps the Beckett Fund could be a little more explicit in their press releases.

This may be a bit radical for the tastes of practicing Catholics, but has it dawned on them that they should merely refuse to comply?
Force the Justice Dept. to sue for injunctions to enjoin the behavior of ALL Catholic-run organizations, or arrest you. They cannot possibly handle a mass civil disobedience against this usurpation of your freedoms.
And, if you need a lawyer to help out, like secure releases from prison, you contact NRO and get my e-mail address, you pay for my airfare, and I'll fly to to the edges of the Earth to stand in Court for good, God-fearing people trying to merely practice their religion in the UNITED STATES, OF ALL PLACES!
Do not let the leader of the Anti-National Socialist-American Worker's Party dictate to you that you must violate your conscience and dictate to you how you must practice your religion.
My fellow Jews stood with black people in the 60's for refusing to degrade themselves by cow-towing to the Democrat Party's favorite son, Jimmie Crow.
If Catholics will refuse to bow to this outright hatred hoisted upon them, rest assured there ARE a few Jews left who haven't been brain-washed into socialist thought who will stand up with you against this wholly un-American project.
JUST DISOBEY! You have absolutely NO moral compunction to obey the dictates of eugenicists, and disobey your hearts and souls.

In fact, I've been touting civil disobedience for quite a while. Rallies only go so far and things are so desperate that the thought of being able to reform the GOP into a real conservative/libertarian party seems rather far off.
But civil disobedience does garner attention and this is one who will.
I'm an attorney as well, but not a civil rights attorney. However, I'm a quick learner. If they would do that for you, I'd be happy to be your second chair/research/writing assistant
