Professor John Eastman is a major constitutional scholar, and a litigator too. He’s the guy whose brief on standing laid out the arguments the 9th Circuit ultimately adopted in the Prop 8 case.
He’s also my successor as Chairman of the Board of the National Organization for Marriage.
