Ohio, one of the ten states voting on Super Tuesday (March 6), is currently leaning towards Rick Santorum. Results from Quinnipiac poll of likely GOP voters: Santorum (36 percent), Mitt Romney (29 percent), Newt Gingrich (20 percent), and Ron Paul (9 percent).
