Maxine Waters reminded us today that, should Democrats win back the House, she is in line to become the next chairwoman of the Financial Services Committee. If that doesn’t scare you, then just watch this video. In it, she calls Speaker John Boehner and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor “demons” who “would rather do whatever they can to destroy this president, rather than for the good of this country.”
She also told listeners, “Don’t ever let me see again in life those Republicans in our hall on our screens talking about anything.” Anything?
- and as for the rant about jobs, her President was handed thousands of "shovel ready" jobs on a plate by Canada. No burdensome cost to the taxpayer requiring little effort on his part but he played to the loons and shoveled them to China. No half decent Republican would have passed up such an easy opportunity to look good on an honest job creation front, particularly since it would have lowered our dependency on the Middle East.
Typical uninformed. Those jobs were only in the thousands and would only be temporary. And where does it say that Americans will be building the pipeline? The reason Canada wants the pipe line is for a closer port to ship it out to the rest of the world tax free. They already stated that the oil is meant for China, not the United States, and even if we did get it from Canada, it's still foreign oil, thus will not break our dependency on foreign oil. Regardless, that will not reduce the price because of the Stock Market manipulating the prices to make a buck. And that pipeline will also become both a environmental hazard (because the tar sand it's moving will to Texas will wear down the inner lining of the pipe until it starts leaking and gets into the ground water) and a potential terrorist target(it'll be above ground, making it a good place to hit American hard and make many of the States drinking water unusable).

Where we’re making stuff and selling stuff and moving it around and UPS drivers are dropping things off everywhere.”

Apparently Maxine got the "Start Demonizing Republicans Again" memo, however, she doesn't realize that "demonizing" wasn't supposed to be used literally.
She is so clueless I suppose it would be hopeless to expect her to come up with more subtle ways of getting the "demon" part across. Then again, maybe I give Democrats too much credit. Perhaps the new memo instructs everyone to not even bother trying to be artful. Just call the opposition evil and move on.
WHICH... is a lot like the memo she received regarding the Nationalization of the Oil Companies... she wasn't supposed to BLURT it out for everyone to hear??!?!?! That was supposed to be a highly compartmentalized secret; it wasn't supposed to be released until after the Socialist had moved everything over to the GVT corner.
psst.... Maxine, yes we are Socialist, yes we are going to take over everything and run them as government "companies", but we can't TELL them that just yet. We have to sneak up on them, THEN.... once we have control over everything, you can speak openly.
The funny part here is that her Chief of Staff is supposed to be minding her and making sure she doesn't do this stuff anymore, and also to make sure she understands what the memo MEANS, not just what it says.... that is going to be a very uncomfortable discussion with whoever dropped the ball... again.....

LOL! I needed that after realizing that if Barak Obama is reelected, we might very well have this idiot in a leadership position because of the benefit of the down vote. How does she stay in office for G-ds sake? What happened to the corruption investigation?
The American people have gone to sleep and I fear will not wake up in time. If Barak Obama is President again, and he drags these cave people with him, we are all doomed.
Wait the DOJ should be doing it's job but since they swallow Obama daily no one is looking out for us. The DOJ is only looking at sueing states not the most worthless admin since Nixon.
Her "constituents" are semi-illiterate, ignorant, grade-school droputs, and most are getting loads of "free" Govt "services", what we used to call "welfare".
Of the constituents who do know how to vote, they keep re-electing her to keep the "free" stuff coming. The ones who don't know how to vote, or are illegal trespassers, well, there's probably some ACORN offshoot (doing business under a new name) that will vote for them.
Would someone please tell me who in their right minds keep electing this demented old lady. I do not recall anything good ever coming out of this old womans mouth as long as I've heard her talk. Has that whole liberal state vacant of any intelligent life?
