Yahoo reminds me each day of the need for a new 'Server' that would not be aggressively pro Democrat and so socially progressive as Yahoo betrays.
One of the best indicators of how out of step Yahoo has become with its own ‘usership,’ are the comments that follow the news stories and cultural reporting that Yahoo does.
Often thousands of negative comments follow stories of the Obama’s, Ms. Winfrey, Ms. Pelosi, and Sean Penn, call the role …. with few positive comments to balance the outcry against the liberal slant
Since the alignment with ABC News, Yahoo devolved into more partisan reporting with slants that defy reader credibility and push for the retention of Mr. Obama. Yahoo has an editorial preference that promotes a politically crafted view with the use of AP stories and slanted twists to ABC findings.
Can’t Mr. Murdoch and the Koch efforts now be directed to a ‘Server’ that like FOX News would be a fair broker of news and presentation?

Yahoo!'s news stream is the equivalent of the MSM morning news shows: a mixture of the vapid pop culture, worship at the low altar of celebrity, and progressive conventional wisdom. It's almost like its wired to the mimic the average sensibility of a Starbucks server or a Barnes and Noble cashier, with a bit of sports thrown in for diversity's sake.
However, I despise the claw game because it's the classic gambling trick. It looks like a bit of easy skill but the odds are stacked well against you. So, I can't be too bitter about anything showing people how they might beat it and hopefully end its sorry presence in malls and arcades throughout the fruited plain.
Yahoo News was rather trite to begin with; since the "merger" with ABC News it is more offensive, time-wasting, and irrelevant than ever.

Reply to this commentLinkReport AbuseI really have never seen such over-the-top liberal bias like I have with Yahoo's news feed. It really is just a press release vehicle for the DNC.
Because so many people have email accounts with yahoo, they unfortunately are a VERY large source of news for many Americans.
