Nobody Called Jimmy Carter a ‘Vampire’


Democrats didn’t always demonize business:

However, since 1984, every Democratic presidential nominee has been an attorney or a career politician. It almost makes you miss Jimmy Carter, that wealthy and entrepreneurial peanut farmer. In today’s Wall Street Journal, I recall Carter’s background, which is more like Mitt Romney at Bain Capital than President Obama on the streets of Chicago.
