As I reported here and here, blogger Aaron Walker, aka “Aaron Worthing,” had been arrested as a result of his blogging about bomber-turned-activist Brett Kimberlin. The local judge handling the case was apparently dumb-founded by the interwebs. He completely disregarded relevant Supreme Court precedent and issued an order barring Walker from blogging or otherwise commenting on Kimberln’s activities. Yesterday, however, the order was overturned. As Ken at Popehat reports, yesterday’s judge understood the difference between writing about someone and harassing him, and recognized an order prohibiting a blogger from writing about someone is unconstitutional.
