A Baby Step (Suggested)

Text

Earlier today, I had a post on the relative nastiness of the two parties — I think the Democrats are leading, to put it mildly. A few hours after that, the famous Kate Trinko had a post beginning, “In a new ad out today, Priorities USA, a super PAC backing Barack Obama, suggests that Mitt Romney is responsible for a woman’s death by cancer.” In 2000, the NAACP ran an ad suggesting that George W. Bush was responsible for the lynching of a man named James Byrd.

Here’s some unsolicited advice for Democrats: As a baby step toward decency, maybe not run ads accusing our presidential nominees of murder?
