Obama Pops the Bubble?

by Stanley Kurtz

There’s been a lot of talk lately about the higher education bubble. National Association of Scholars President Peter Wood has had a series of searching posts on the issue in recent weeks (see here, for example). Now Wood picks up on my own recent points about the redistributive policies the Obama administration is aiming at suburbs and suggests that this may ultimately help to pop the higher education bubble. Funny to think that a president so fervently supported by America’s faculty members may someday undercut the economic foundations of higher ed.
