The Hill reports that noted theologian Nancy Pelosi, explaining why Obama’s convention speech has been moved inside because of a 30 percent chance of rain, said, “There are some decisions that are made from a different place, and whether it rains or not is not in the president’s control.”

Only because he’s busy lowering the oceans, healing the planet, and excising “a different place” from the platform, no doubt.
