Mitt’s One-Liners

by Michael Graham

The minimalist Mitt is carefully laying out one-liners that summarize his arguments and won’t get lost in laundry-list answers.

The first: “Attacking me is not an agenda.”

The second: “Nowhere in the world is America’s influence stronger than it was four years ago.”

It’s not fun to watch, it’s not exciting, and it’s certainly not satisfying to those of us who’ve been watching President Obama mislead on Libya and pulling our hair out.

But for getting elected — it’s very, very smart.
