Cantor: Obama’s Negativity Is A Good Sign For Republicans

On Meet the Press, Congressman Eric Cantor responded to the Los Angeles Times’ suggestion that the improving economy will help the next president.

“What I will tell you, from the folks that I meet, it is totally unacceptable,” he said of the slow growth numbers. “This is not good enough for us in America.”

The majority leader criticized the tone of the Obama campaign and concluded that the combination of economic sluggishness and negativity will help Republicans succeed on the 6th.

“That’s why I think we’re win, I think we’re going to win big on Tuesday night,” he said.
