Keith Ellison Explodes, Rants on Hannity

Last night, Democratic representative Keith Ellison came out swinging against Fox News host Sean Hannity, calling him the “the worst excuse for a journalist I’ve ever seen.” It didn’t stop there: During his rant, Ellison accused Hannity of engaging in “yellow journalism” and being “a shill for the Republican party.” After letting the congressman talk for a couple minutes without interruption, Hannity tried to interject with a question; Ellison refused and kept talking (“No, you said I could rant. . . I’m going to say what I think is right”).

At one point, when Hannity called him “a broken record,” Ellison retorted with “You’re a broken record.” The congressman continued to rant and speak over the host before Hannity eventually ended the interview, calling Ellison a “total waste of time” and saying that the “audience deserves better.”
