Kerry on Benghazi: ‘We Got a Lot More Important Things to Move On To’

Facing questions on the 9/11/12 attack in Benghazi for the first time as secretary of state, John Kerry told members of Congress, “Let’s get this done with, folks.”

“We got a lot more important things to move on to, to get done,” he said to Representative Dana Rohrabacher (R., Calif.) in a hearing on the State Department’s 2014 budget yesterday. Kerry told lawmakers that he would appoint someone to work with Congress to address any further questions on the Benghazi attacks, but said “I don’t think anybody lied to anybody.”
