Fox News’ Shepard Smith joked with fellow anchor Chris Wallace that Americans no longer have any privacy.
“There is no privacy,” Smith said, discussing President Obama’s meeting with the Privacy and Civil Liberties Board this afternoon. “Fox News confirmed, I believe it was two weeks ago, that there is no more privacy, so just forget about it. You knew that?”
“No, I don’t know that I agree with that,” Wallace replied uneasily.
“Well, I’ve already confirmed it, so it doesn’t matter what you think,” Smith quipped back.
“Okay. It’s your show,” Wallace laughed before signing off.
At least we hope Shep was joking.
