Radack: Snowden’s Crimes ‘Infinitesimally Small’ Compared to ‘Crimes of the NSA’

The U.S. should not be “shooting the messenger,” says Jesselyn Radack, an attorney with the Government Accountability Project. Instead of focusing on Snowden, we should “really focus on the crimes of the NSA.” On ABC’s This Week Radack argued that “whatever laws Snowden may or may not have broken, they are infinitesimally small compared to the two major surveillance laws and the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution which the NSA has violated.”
