Kenneth Minogue, R.I.P.

by Andrew C. McCarthy

Being Roger Kimball’s friend has invaluable benefits. One of them is that I got to know Ken Minogue, so eloquently eulogized by John earlier today. What a great thinker and what a warm, wonderful gentleman.

Roger shares some of his remembrances here.

June 30 is always a sad day for me. Today, it marks 41 years since I lost my father. But for once, in marking it, I have a nice feeling of Dad showing Ken how things work up there while Ken explains to Dad how everything works everywhere. Requiescat in pace.
