Scott Brown Won’t Talk About 2016

Text

Former Republican Massachusetts senator Scott Brown avoided directly saying Sunday morning whether or not he would run for president in 2016.

At the end of the panel segment, host Chris Wallace asked Brown, who recently said that he would not run for the Massachusettts governorship in 2014,  if he was instead going to be running for president in 2016. Rather than giving Wallace a straight answer, Brown said that he would be focusing on a message of “inclusiveness and vigor” in order for the Republican party to be effective.

When Wallace pressed him, Brown said that he was going to “travel around the country and see what happens.”
