That’s according to Paul Krugman. He admits the exchanges have been a mess, but touts the cost controls in the law that have allegedly already bent the cost curve downward. If this is the best the ardent advocates can come up with, they are in deep trouble. Krugman’s claim on costs is utter nonsense.​
