Support for President Obama has collapsed in Tennessee, according to a new poll from Vanderbilt University.
Only 28 percent of the state’s registered voters support the president, down twelve points from his standing in May. The president isn’t looking good with his own party, either: His support from Democrats has fallen by 15 points, from 83 to 68 percent.
The president can’t take solace in support for the Affordable Care Act. While 63 percent of voters say they believe their state should expand Medicaid, a mere 15 percent say they approve of the law.
