The YG Network, a conservative group, has put together a new book called Room to Grow: Conservative Reforms for a Limited Government and a Thriving Middle Class, with contributions from some terrific thinkers and me. A lot of the ideas have been floating around NRO and other places, but this is the first time they have been brought together.
To launch the book, YG, the American Enterprise Institute, and National Affairs are hosting panel discussions on Thursday morning. Speakers include House majority leader Eric Cantor, Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell, Senators Mike Lee and Tim Scott, AEI president Arthur Brooks, and a few writers familiar to NRO readers. You can RSVP here, and get a glimpse of what I very much hope is the future of conservatism.
(Disclosures: I’m a visiting fellow at AEI, I have a chapter in the book, I’m on one of the panels, and my wife is policy director for YG. So I guess you could say I’m invested in this project.)
