Here’s a remarkable story from Harvard Business School (via Instapundit). It’s a sad enough saga in its own right, but it also raises another troubling question. Is this the approach that HBS advises its students–supposedly the future corporate executives of America–to take with dissatisfied customers?

All in all, another good reason not to go to Harvard or, if you are an alumnus, not to give.
