A Big Win For Justice

The U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review has handed the Justice Department a major victory, overturning a judgment by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) and expanding the federal government’s wiretap authority. The initial FISC ruling was trumpeted by the Administration’s critics, so it will be interesting to see how this decision is received.
