I know it’s fun to talk about Al Gore’s paranoid delusions and what Hans Blix had for breakfast, but the Bush trade proposal is really quite important news. Brink Lindsey explains why the plan is a “dramatic departure” from trade policy as usual, and is a major improvement over the trade positions advocated at the beginning of the Administration.
