Harry Stein Got Smeared

My friend Harry Stein has an outrageous story. He went down to give a speech in Dallas, based on his wonderful and amusing book How I Accidentally Joined the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy (And Found Inner Peace). In the speech, he talked about how his son’s high school teacher called him a racist for defending Huckleberry Finn as an anti-racist book. Next thing you know, Harry and his hosts are being denounced in the local media as disdainful of blacks. This is a classic tale of black hypersensitivity, white cowardice and media bias.
