The Corner

The one and only.

Not Over Yet

The Washington Times today reports that the Bush administration is unlikely to file a brief with the Supreme Court in the two University of Michigan cases involving racial and ethnic preferences in admissions. The brief is due in a week, on January 16, and everyone who opposes affirmative discrimination ought to keep up the pressure on the White House to do the right thing.
