Attn Military Chaplains

I’m working on a story about military chaplains for NRODT, putting together a profile of the chaplain corps on the eve of battle. I’d like to know what it’s like to serve God and man within the US armed forces. What are the special challenges that set you apart from civilian clergy? What is it like on the battlefield? How do you prepare soldiers for the possibility they might have to kill, and that they might die in combat? How do you care for military families in the absence of their loved one, and what do chaplains do for soldiers and their families when they return from the front? Write me at [email protected]
