Suprme Court to Rule On Gun Owner Privacy


On March 4, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case of Treasury v. Chicago. In that case, Chicago argues that the Freedom of Information Act compels the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) to release the names of gun owners in various federal databases.
