220 [Robert Costa]
Pro-life Democratic Rep. Bart Stupak has the votes he needs to pass his amendment, Democratic staffers tell me. It looks like he has at least 220 or 221 votes. That number could grow. Stupak told me at 1 a.m. last night, after the Rules Committee finished, that he was confident that he'd get them.
