JIM’S QUICK CONCLUSION:
I like the heavily-overcaffinated, fired-up Bush a lot better than the Blinky McPursedlips we got the other night.
Kerry had a few flubs, wasn’t quite as strong as the night before.
Bush cleared his low expectations, Kerry failed to equal his first debate’s performance. A marginal win for Bush… but perhaps that is the “soft bigotry of low expectations.”
