The Hotline does a good job of keeping track of the candidates' schedules. They list:
Kerry in Ohio and Florida 10/16, 10/17, 10/18.
Bush in Florida, New Jersey and back to Florida 10/16, 10/17, 10/18.
Edwards in Florida, Florida, and Pennsylvania 10/16, 10/17, 10/18. For 10/19, he's scheduled to be in Portsmth, New Hampshire, LaCrosse, Wisconsin, and Chisholm, Minnesota.
Dick Cheney is in DC 10/16 & 10/17, Charleston, West Virginia on 10/18 and three stops in Ohio 10/19. Lynne Cheney is joining him on those stops.
Teresa Heinz Kerry's schedule is not yet released. Laura Bush is in Oregon today, DC tomorrow and Sunday, and Oldwich, New Jersey.
Elizabeth Edwards is in Santa Fe, New Mexico tomorrow.
Some more red states - clearly both sides are spending huge amounts of time in Ohio and Florida. But I'm surprised at the lack of attention to Nevada and New Hampshire.
