McEvoy joined National Review in January 2000 as production editor,
and continues in this capacity for the magazine. In March 2000 he was
named managing editor of National Review Online. He has worked in the
magazine business for more than ten years. He was born and raised in Queens,
New York, and was educated at Hunter College in New York City, where he
received a degree in English. He lives with his wife and two daughters
in New Jersey.
