Five years after Dick Cheney’s minor hunting accident, the Washington Post runs a 3,000-word exposé on the guy who got a piece of birdshot lodged in his throat. Among its revelations:  There’s no definitive proof that nobody involved was under the influence of alcohol, and the victim declines to talk about whether Cheney has apologized (which the reporter telepathically glosses as “he’s still waiting for Dick Cheney to say he’s sorry”).
