Megan McCain is not "terribly appealing" because she's a dunce and the only way anyone knows of her is because of her last name. Shades of Ron Reagan Jr, the man born without anything to recommend him.
She's an interesting character, a political Paris Hilton who is famous for being famous. I don't know of anyone, Right/Left/Center, who has any respect for her as a pundit or even likes her as a personality. All she has is a famous name and a pretty face - and plenty of people (NOT ME, I think she's gorgeous) wouldn't even concede the latter.
