Last night on MSNBC’s coverage of the New Hampshire primary, Chris Matthews got into a heated discussion with GOP adviser Steve Schmidt on why Mitt Romney hasn’t released his tax returns yet. The exchange prompted Ed Schultz to declare, “I just wonder if Mitt Romney doesn’t have money offshore.”

MSNBC allows their anchors to just throw out accusations like this without any sort of evidence? Classy.
