In summary, David Shuster tweeted numerous times that James O’Keefe was a convicted felon and implied he was involved in a rape plot, something that wasn’t true. O’Keefe, in turn, tweeted back to Shuster numerous times to correct the record or he was going to sue. Shuster finally apologized last night, but too little too late.
