Politicians vs. the Press: Foot-Race Edition
A good idea from Canada:
MONTREAL — In an attempt to show that her health is just fine, Parti-Quebecois Leader Pauline Marois is challenging journalists covering her campaign to keep up with her in a foot race.
Marois, 59, has been dogged by questions about her health and allegations that fatigue has prevented her from keeping up the pace during her first provincial election campaign as PQ leader.
In particular, there have been questions about the lack of evening events during the campaign.
Maybe Governor Palin should have challenged Keith Olbermann to a spelling contest.
