Already signed up for NR e-mails but not seeing them in your inbox? Try the following:
1) Check your Spam/Junk/Clutter folders. E-mails can sometimes land in these folders even though they previously had arrived in your inbox. If you find an NR e-mail in one of these folders, mark it as “Not Spam/Junk/Clutter.”
2) If you do not see our e-mails in one of these folders, search your e-mail client for [email protected]. If any of our e-mails show up in the results, check if any are located in your Spam/Junk/Clutter folders. If so, mark one as “Not Spam/Junk/Clutter.”
3) If you cannot find any of our e-mails in your mailbox, e-mail [email protected] from the address that is not receiving our e-mails and we will make sure to solve the problem.
