In his effort to deflate GOP gubernatorial front-runner Ken Blackwell, Jim Petro has decided to go after Blackwell’s support of a taxpayer limitation measure. Specifically, Petro has charged that Colorado’s Taxpayer Bill of Rights hurt the state, and would produce similar effects in Ohio. Others disagree.
