* I’m told that “Bitch-Gate” has caused McCain’s campaign to have one of its best Internet fund-raising days so far.
* CORRECTED: In the polls, Michigan is looking like a two man race between Rudy and Romney. Thompson has lost ground since the last Detroit News/WXYZ-TV poll. But the state party may be forced to have a nominating convention, pending a state Supreme Court ruling. (This post previously had bad info on that, as it had relied on a Corner post that has since been retracted.) That would make it a two-man race between Romney and McCain.
* The Paulists’ TeaParty07 has attracted nearly 15,000 pledgers so far, promising for another big Ron Paul money day on Dec. 16. Paul was also endorsed by Barry Goldwater, Jr.
* Tom DeLay and Ken Blackwell have put together the Coalition for a Conservative Majority, which will play a huge and unprecedented role in helping grassroots conservative groups nationwide. More on this at a later date.
