Perhaps. But only if you know or have reason to know that the person to whom you’re giving a lift is an illegal immigrant. That’s a higher standard than suspect or have reason to suspect that the person is an illegal immigrant. The standard is not unreasonably tailored and would seem to exclude casual transport not calculated to evade the law.
