Next Thursday, February 14, I will take part in two events in Colorado.
In a breakfast event (yes, with coffee and donuts) at the University of Colorado law school, Professor Scott Moss and I will discuss/debate originalism. More information is available on this Facebook page. The event is sponsored by the law school’s Federalist Society chapter.
At lunchtime, I will be in Denver to speak to the Colorado lawyers chapter of the Federalist Society on “Marriage and Federalism” and on the two marriage cases pending in the Supreme Court. CLE credit is available. For more information and to RSVP, contact Linda Carroll at [email protected].
My son and I will then continue our extended exploration of how Colorado skiing compares to Utah skiing.
