The oral argument in the Prop 8 case is scheduled to last one hour. It will begin some time after 10 a.m.—after the Court swears in new bar members and announces any rulings it is issuing in other cases.
Chuck Cooper will have 30 minutes in support of Prop 8, with a small portion of that time likely reserved for rebuttal.
Ted Olson will argue for 20 minutes against Prop 8 and has ceded 10 minutes to Solicitor General Don Verrilli.
The transcript of the oral argument will be made available as soon as possible. (I will link to it.) The Court will also release its audio recording of the oral argument some time today.
