George Will offered a characteristically neat summary of the questions surrounding the before, during, and after of Benghazi.
Was the U.S. installation adequately protected? Could forces have been brought to bear to relieve the Americans under attack? And were the American people systematically lied to about the source of the attack in its aftermath?
I particularly like Will’s turn of phrase in describing the White House’s attempt to characterize the attack as “a movie review conducted with rocket propelled grenades.”
