Former president George H. W. Bush shaved his head this week to show support for Patrick, the two-year-old son of one of his Secret Service detail, who is receiving treatment for leukemia.
Bush, who recently turned 89, has shared a photo of his new hair-do, posing with the young boy who inspired the change:
The rest of Bush 41’s security team also brought out the razors to show solidarity with Patrick.
The cause is a personal one for the Bush family: George and Barbara’s first daughter, Robin, died of leukemia in 1953, at the age of 3.
